Return & Exchange Policy

Got second thoughts? Let’s talk.

We want you (and your pup) to feel good about everything you bring home from Muse et Moi. If something’s off, let us know. Here's the fine-ish print:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item arrives to request a return. That's a full moon cycle to decide if it's a keeper.

Condition Check

Returned items must be:
– Unused and unwashed
– With original tags and packaging
– Basically: clean enough to resell without apology

No judgment, but if your pup already claimed it with a dramatic nap or snack stash, it’s yours forever, babe.

How to Start a Return

Email us at muse@museetmoi.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send you a return label (U.S. only), plus instructions to make it easy.
Returns must be shipped to:
548 S Spring St, Unit 510, Los Angeles, CA 90013

Unannounced returns will not be accepted,  we’re spontaneous in spirit, but not in logistics.

What’s Non-Returnable

Custom items (like made-to-measure beds or bags)
Personalized orders
Sale items
Gift cards
– Anything with signs of use, pet hair, or love bites

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask. We don’t bite either.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original — once it’s approved, we’ll issue a refund. Voilà!

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Let us fix it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right faster than your dog can do a zoomie.

EU Customers

If you’re in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel for any reason. Same rules apply: item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Bank times vary, but if it’s been more than 15 business days, nudge us at muse@museetmoi.com.
